Grounding

Grounding is one of the most important techniques. To ground you will want to go into a hoarse stance then feel out your KI that is in your Tan Tien. Allow that KI to make a connection with the center of the Earth. When you make that connection you might feel very relaxed or maybe not but you should be able to tell when you are grounded. Grounding is used so that if you need a power-boost for a technique or to meditate you can bring in power from the planet. You should always ground before you start KI training each day and then finish your grounding when you�re done.
