| I am a member of South Norfolk CERT team. CERT is Community Emergency Response Team. We go out into our neighborhoods, community, after man made and natural disasters to check on our friends and neighbors, and the people in our community. Searching and rescuing of victims, and doing light first aid and other techniques to help aid in the victims of diasters.
