The following guidelines are the Return Service/Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policies for Compu-Club effective Jan 18, 1999.
Please follow these guidelines closely to ensure prompt return for the returned
merchandises.
- All Returned Merchandise Number (RMA #) are to be requested
via e-mail only. Please fill-out the RMA Request Form and e-mail it back to
[email protected].
- All RMA numbers will be issued within 48 hours, except for
weekends, in which case it will be issued on Monday.
- All returned merchandise must be returned in its original
packaging.
- All non-defective merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking
fee if returned. The return period for non-defective merchandise is 30 days, except
for CPU, memory, and software. Incompatibility with your system does not qualify as
defective. We cannot be held responsible for the compatibility of our products.
If the item is deemed as non-defective by the RMA department, you will be subject
to the 15% restocking fee. We do not take returns for non-defective CPU,
memory, or software.
- The Defective on Arrival (DOA) period for Compu-Club is 30
days from the invoiced date, except for CPU, memory, discontinued, or special ordered
items. The DOA period for CPU, memory, and software is 15 days from the invoiced
date. DOA products will be exchanged within 48 hours upon receiving of the product
by Compu-Club unless the product is out of stock, in which case a refund will be given to
the customer.
- All DOA products must be received within 5 days from RMA
number issuing, or 30 days from the invoiced date, whichever comes first. If the DOA
products are not received within this period, they will be treated as regular repair
items.
- The warranty period is 1 year for hardware, and 1 month for
software by Compu-Club (**Please consult with the manufacturers for products past the
Compu-Club warranty period). The warranty period is from the original invoiced date ONLY.
All returned merchandise MUST BE RECEIVED by the Return Service Department within
the warranty period in order to receive service. Compu-Club will reserve the right to
refuse service to any item received after its warranty period.
- All RMA returns must have a RMA number that is marked
clearly on the package.
- For Return service products, please return in the original
packaging. Compu-Club will not be responsible for lost packaging nor contents. For DOA
products, please ship with original packaging along with complete contents. Compu-Club
will not process your DOA products unless they are returned in their original packaging.
- Compu-Club reserves all rights to return products that are
past warranty, have physical damages, tampered with, or products which were not purchased
from Compu-Club, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Compu-Club will attempt to return RMA products in the
shortest time possible; however, due to manufacturers returning procedures, please
allow 3-4 weeks for product to be returned.
- Compu-Club will ship all RMA products via FedEx Ground
prepaid on the return trip to customers. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on
products coming to Compu-Club.
- RMA numbers are valid for a period of 15 days. After which a
new number must be requested for returns.
