This is the first car that I ever owned, 1982 Firebird.  I learned that there is a lot more to cars than just the looks of them.  This one turned out to be a peice of junk.
This is my second car.  I like to stay with the firebirds.  This is a 1979 firebird with a 400.  I did the engine dress up my self.  It will have a new engine hopefully soon though.
This here is while my brother in law (right) and I (left) where getting that old engine out of there.  It wasn't all that bad to do.  I just hope that the new one going in will be as easy.
Since this was our first engine that we pulled we weren't really sure on how to hold the transmission up.  So, we had to rig up our own system.  Not perfect but effective.
After getting the engine out of there we weren't really sure what to do next so we just started in on it.  We had a good time.
Well, we worked hard that night and got a lot done so the only thing to do after that is celebrate with a few brews.  Needless to say we didn't get much done after that.
Home
This is my most recent buy.  I picked it up for $1500.  The body is a little rough, but it only has 78000 miles on it.  It's a little truck with a 4.3 fuel injected (moves pretty good).
The is the same truck after a little bit of TLC.  A litltle wax, a set of new tires and rims, and taking off the cap goes a long ways.  I have some big plans for this truck.
This is the only picture I have of the new mods I did.  Hopefully I'll get some better ones on the way.  Straight piping the exhaust from the cat, and bring it to duals out the back spiced it up a bit.  The traction bars were a nice ad-on too.
