Since
Graduating from KHS I haven't been very far. I lived in Saint Louis for
two years. I moved back to Kewanee and got an A.S. from Black Hawk
college. I lived with my present wife for 10 years then was married for
12. I have 2 children: Carley my daughter age 10 and a son named Cayon.
Cayon comes from the word Crayon. I am due to be divorced May 31 or June 1
this year.
I have been working for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources for the last 18 years. Prior to tha I worked for the city of Kewanee part time, a golf course, an asbestos worker, and for my brother. I am currently on the Kewanee City council serving my second term. I was fortunate enough to have some very good friends to help me in my election. 2 years ago I ran for Mayor. Needless to say I got second place. Actually I did fairly well for only 2 years experience in city government at the time. I never thought of myself as being in this position in the city. I had a lot of fun in my younger years.
I posted a picture of my children on the members page. As you can tell my computer skills are not the best, the picture is sideways. Everybody just turn your heads until you can see it. When I read what members of our class have achieved I am amazed and proud.
I hope you all can come HOME and visit. Kewanee will always be home don't ever forget it.
