Dan Hill

After KHS, I went to Hutchinson Community College, Kansas for 2 years, graduated, sat out a semester.  Went to Purdue and graduated with a BS in Agronomy, Turf Major.  

Landed at Marriott Lincolnshire Resort in Lincolnshire, Ill., just northwest of Chicago.  Been asst. supt. there for 19 years.  My boss is retiring in 2 years, perhaps I'll make it "big" then. 

Started marathoning 3 years ago, my goal is to qualify for the Boston Marathon.  For "our" age group, I need a time of 3:20.  Just missed in my 2^nd marathon with a time of 3:24:19.  I only run the Chicago marathon.  

Started investing on my own in spring '98.  Turned $10K into $225K in 2 years.  Of course we all know what has' happened since then.  But I've survived, and I expect to retire early at any rate.  

Never been married, no kids, my youngest sister Kristen(25) is getting married in 2 weeks in LaCrosse WI. I'm walking her down the aisle.  My dad passed away in '86, my mom lives in LaCrosse, with my other younger sister Jennifer(27).  Michelle is married with 3 boys, and lives in Bartlett, Ill. 

I think when I won the "least changed" category at the last reunion, it wasn't only my face being judged! :)
