After graduation, Dean worked for several years at WALI-WROG Radio in Cumberland. He received an A.A. degree in Business & Economics from Potomac State College and a Bachelor's in Mass Communication-Media Production from Frostburg State University. He then worked for several years in the Media Services Department of TCI Cable in Cumberland.
In 1993, he and his brother Mike started the local production company--CircleSphere Productions. Dean went to work for US Cellular in 1998 and now works as a Computer Support Analyst for US Cellular's parent company, Telephone Data Systems, in their Computing Services Division located on the west side of Madison, Wisconsin.
