| Cads the Depraved was a vicious public speaker and stoker of public uprisings in the Rann-Talakh state in the Negative material plane. The avatar of the Lachesis Aspect, the aspect of conflict or war, Cads must naturally be truly neutral and thrive on encouraging others to combat and bloodshed. Eventually rising to supreme power in Rann-Talakh through sheer brute force, Cads the Depraved naturally developed thrice as many enemies as he formerly had (Cads had so many foes before rising to power that he became accustomed to using powerful drugs to keep him awake for months so no infiltrator could kill him in his sleep). A certain religious sect within Cads' rule rose up silently and caught Cads while bathing. Using sacred runestones carven from the skull of a Blood Drake, the zealots turned Cads to stone in an instant, imprisoning him to an eternity of stone. It wasn't until the entity known only as Derellh attempted to overthrow the triad of Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos that Cads the Depraved was given a second lease on life. His essence was transferred to Dwight Fulsom, a backwoods militia type who became the Avatar of the Lachesis Aspect, Cads the Depraved. Cads obviously has an affinity and skill for weapons of all types, preferably guns and explosives. Cads serves as a Fire/Earth elemental and can control the two elements with violent determination. |
