33.Out of Town
T.K and Patamon got in a fight and Patamon left. After T.K. realize what he did, T.K., Matt, and Gabumon went to search for Patamon. While they were searching for Patamon they saw Pumpkimon and Gotsumon, another two of Myotismon henchmen. Gotsumon and Pumpkinmon were supposed to search for the eighth child but instead they play around. Myotismon appear and send them back to the digital world. Matt digimon, Gabumon digivolved all the way to the ultimate form,WereGarurmon but still wasn't strong enough to defeated Myotismon. Patamon found T.K. and he digivolved into Angemon to save them. T.K. said sorry to Patamon and they went to search for the eighth child.

34.The Eighth Child Revealed
Gatamon were watching Kari from the window but were confused if she were the eighth child. Wizardmon(Gatamon friends) appear and help her remember her past. Then he gave the crest and tags to her. When Gatamon and Kari touch the crest, it react meaning that Kari is the eighth child and Gatamon is her digimon. Gatamon gave Tai the crest so Myotismon wouldn't find out that Kari is the eighth child while she and Wizardmon go to Myotismon mansion to search for the real crest. Myotismon found them and send Wizardmon down the river while he hold Gatamon hostage to find the eighth child

35.Flower Power
Myotismon created a fog to stop all communication to Odaiba. He also seperate the children from their parent by using Bakemon to scare them and put them in the T.V station. Mimi family and Sora were also capture by the Bakemon. Joe were trying to get back to Odaiba but all ship to Odaiba were cancel. He also met T.K and they decide to use Ikkakumon to cross the river back to Odaiba. Tai left Kari with Matt so he could go to the T.V. station to save his mom. Back at the T.V. station, Dark Tyrannamon attacked Mimi,Sora and the other adult. Mimi Palmon digivolved to Togemon but she got beat by Dark Tyrannamon. When Mimi started to show her sincerity, Togemon digivolved to the ultimate form, Lillymon and defeated Dark Tyrannamon. Before they were about to celebrate, Myotismon appear and attack them.

36.City Under Siege
Lillymon battle Myotismon but she lose and Birdramon appear and save her. Tai meet up Sora and he told her where Matt and Kari was and she went there. Phantomon, another of Myotismon henchmen heard their conversation and follow Sora. Joe and T.K. got attacked by MegaSeadramon on their way to Odaiba. Ikkakumon were no match for MegaSeadramon because he was higher level. Joe and T.K fall in the water and Joe gave his life craft to T.K. Joe begin to sunk and that was when his crest glow which make Ikkakumon digivolve again into Zudomon. Zudomon defeated MegaSeadramon and save Joe and T.K at the last minute. Back at Odaiba, Kari gave herself to Phantomon.

37.Wizardmon's Gift
The children meet up with each other at the T.V. station. They went to the top of the T.V. station to find Kari, who was captured by Myotismon. All the children digimon combine their attack together by still couldn't beat Myotismon. When Myotismon were about to destroy Kari and Gatamon, Wizardmon sacafice to save them. Tai threw the crest and tags to Kari and Gatamon digivolved into Angewomon. She and the other digimon combine together and they defeat Myotismon. Althought Myotismon were defeated but the mysterious fog still remain.

38.Prophecy
The children figure out that Myotismon is not destroy yet, he was just digivolved into a higher level. He is now VenonMyotismon, a mega form digimon. Gabumon and Agumon digivolved into their ultimate form but were no match for VenonMyotismon. He drained all their energy and turn them back into their rookie form. Angemon and Angewomon help them battle VenonMyotismon but still couldn't defeat him. Then Izzy read the prophecy that Gennai email him and it said that Angemon and Angewomon must shoot arrow at Matt and Tai for a miracle to happen. When they did shoot arrow at Matt and Tai, Agumon and Gabumon wrap digivolved into a mega form, Wargreymon and MetalGarurumon.

39.The Battle for Earth
WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon start attacking VenonMyotismon. They did weaken but he withstand their attack. Then the other digimon all digivolved and combine power to make one power blast at VenonMyotismon but it didn't destroy. Then a digimon known as the "belly monster" came out of VenonMyotismon stomach and gave the digimon a suprise attack. Before the digidestined were about to give up, the crest start glowing and tied VenonMyotismon up. Then Tai told Wargreymon and MetalGarurumon to attack the belly monster in VenonMyotismon stomach. They did and destroy VenonMyotismon. Before they were able to celebrate, they saw File Island floating in the sky and there were destruction in it. The children knew that that if something happen to the digital world, it might effect the real world. Then they use their crest to return to the digital world.

40.Enter the Dark Master
When the digidestined return to the digital world, they found out that everything have change and year have pass by. They found Chuumon and he told them that when they have left the digital world, the Dark Master begin to take over this place. While they walking they encounter the first Dark Master, MetalSeadramon. Their digimon digivolved but lose to MetalSeadramon. Then another of the Dark Master, Machinedramon attack them. The digimon digivolved again into ultimate, but Machinedramon beat them all up. They all fall into a down to another place where they meet the third dark master, Puppetmon. He turn all of the digimon back to their rookie form and he disappear. While they were walking,they meet the last of the Dark Master, Piedmon. Gabumon and Agumon wrap digivolve into WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon to battle Piedmon but they lost. Pixiemon appear and save them but he also sacrifice himself.
