SUMMARY AS OF:
4/6/1995--Introduced.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend nondiscriminatory treatment (most-favored-nation treatment) to the products of Cambodia.

Requires the President to revoke most-favored-nation status for Cambodia if the Congress finds human rights abuses and mandates such action. Authorizes the President to suspend such status if there is a finding of human rights abuses.
