HOLISTIC FULL BODY MASSAGE:

This massage treats the back, arms, hands, stomach, legs and feet. Soothing effleurage strokes and more vigorous movements are used to release tension and relax muscles all over the body.

FULL BACK MASSAGE:
30 MINUTES - �15

This massage focuses specifically on the back, shoulders and neck where
most people hold tension. The massage effectively relaxes these areas and eliminates aches and pains.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE:
30 MINUTES - �15

This massage treats the back, arms, hands, neck, scalp and face. It is
dome over the clothing and is an effective stress reliever.

ABOUT ME
I trained at the City College of Bristol where I studied Holistic Massage and Anatomy and Physiology. I earned a BMA approved ITEC qualification in Holistic Massage Therapy.I have also completed post-graduate courses and earned certification in Indian Head Massage andOn- Site Massage from the Complementary Therapies College of Wales.
In addition to treating private clients, I have massaged at a wide range of places including the Welsh Assembly, the Riverside Organic Market, as well as at several businesses and several festivals in South East Wales.
