So rarely have I had such a lackluster service experience as I did there in the winter of 2001. Being ignored for about 25 minutes before we were able to order was just a preamble to what was to come. After talking to two bus boys and two waiters to get someone to come and take our order, we found that another 20 minute wait was in store for the next course, our drinks and meals.
The peel and eat shrimp I ordered seemed fine until I got home. I spent the rest of the evening was expelling dinner by every means possible.
If only for the service issues I would avoid returning there, but the extra added bonus of the loss of an evening's sleep, dignity and comfort is more than I would be willing to gamble in the future.
