Freedom of speech
-free exercise clause: basic belief between religion and practice; your practices
may not infringe on other people's practices and/or belief; you are allowed
to think as you wish
-no establishment clause
-Wall of Separation Doctrine: laws may not aid one or all religions
-Lemon Test: determines whether the law is consitutional or not
-secular (non-religious) purpose a must
-as its primary effect, it must neither advance nor inhibit religion
-must not foster "an excessive entanglement in government"
