1- Graduated with BA (Radio & Television)
in 1979 with first class honours from King Saud University (KSU).
2- Became a teacher in King Saud University in 1980.
3- Obtained Master degree in Mass Communication from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison, USA in 1984.
4- Master Degree in Telecommunication from Michigan State University,
USA in 1985.
5- Lecturer at KSU, with a teaching load of twelve hours a week,
from 1985 to 1987.
6- Obtained his Ph.D. degree in Mass Communication (with emphasis
on television advertising industry effect on culture and the
market of the third world), from the University of Leicester,
UK, in 1991.

9- Consultant to the Air force to install the Sony digital studios
with the latest technology in this field.
10- Member of the scientific committee to evaluate the national
media performance in Hajj activities. 11- Head of the Broadcasting
Centre at KSU since 1996.

Society.
13- Head of Media Committee at KSU wtich is responsible of all
media activities during the university weeks (PR, newspapers,
print, Broadcast, the road billboards, all related departments
etc.).
a- the first University week (1996) celebrated under the Patronage
of H.R.H. Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Interior.
b- The second University week (1997) celebrated under the Patronage
of H.R.H. Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime
Minister, Minister of Defence and Aviation, and the Inspector
General. His Excellency donated five million pounds to KSU at
this visit.
c- The third University week (1998) celebrated under the Patronage
of HRH Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Prime Minister,
and Head of the National Guard.
14- Supervised and planned of the establishment of new digital
studios at KSU main site, and the new digital studios to the
postgraduate students (female) with greater utilisation over
twenty miles
15- Supervised the installed of new postgraduate studios with
the linked sixteen fibre optics to improve the inter-activity
between the teachers and the students at KSU.
16- During the celebration of 100 years of Saudi Arabia, - Responsible
for the management and supervision of over 70 engineers and
technicians in establishing eight mobile ENG. with broadcast
quality and continious Betacam recording (from 8:00am - 10:00pm)
, for four days during the conference with eight locations and
live inter-activity between the sessions, and translation facilities
to all units (lecturers and comments). This type of recording
was the largest and first of its kind in the history of Saudi
Arabia. The next event will be in 100 years time.
17- Responsible for the planning and designing of the first
campaign (for TOW year) to the largest land transport company
in SA and the middle east
18- Participated in the follow-up of first live telethon of
the Saudi TV (the Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques campaign
to help Bosnian people). This practice opened the door to launch
life programmes, which were not acceptable before this campaign.
19- creatied the continious training programme in Saudi TV,
in preparing students to have the hands-on experience before
graduatin
