The above photo is of the BRAND NEW Royal Sands Resort in Cancun Mexico. This is the newest resort in the Royal Resorts collection of the best and most luxurious membership resorts in Cancun.

it is folks! The infamous Murphy bed in the living room. Folds down
out of the entertainment center.
Of
course what goes down must go up. Is that a real mattress? Looks a
lot more comfy than the old sofa bed.

furniture really looks first class.

kitchen looks fairly similar to what we have now.

beautiful dining room.

terrace, Even the back buildings receive a Caribbean and beach view in the
Sands.
If you're hungry, a quick trip
down to the excellent restaurant should quickly take care of that.
Construction is still proceeding
next door on the final phase of the Royal Sands.
