Lightnings vs Barracudas (3-7)

First Period
This time Lightning looked like they had the edge over Barracudas before the
game started with a good line up.
It didn't start so well for them though since their goalie, Felix had forgotten his helmet at home and
had to borrow one of the display helmets at Sunway Ice.
To the game !
Barracudas succeeded to get the first goal through a nice pass from Roslan to Peter who
took a shot which rebonced on the goalie out to Jan who could put the puck into an open goal,
0-1 after 3:23.
Lightnings replied imediately though.Seng Chee got the puck in the middle of Barracudas
zone and shot high on Victor and we had 1-1 after 4:28, unassisted.
After this it was a very open game but Lightnings looked like they had abit more power
and they succeeded to get pressure on Barracudas in their zone.
After 8:49 Jan stole the puck in midzone though and could scate unchallanged towards
Lightnings goal and score inbetween Felix legs, 1-2, unassisted.
After 10:29 Peter stole the puck just outside Lightnings zone and scored, 1-3, unassisted.
Quick reply from Lightnings again with a blasting slapshot just outside Barracudas blueline
from Adrian, 2-3, unassisted.
Just when it looked like Lightnings should get control over the game Jan scored again with
only 40 seconds of the period remaining, 2-4, unassisted.

Second Period
In the beginning of the second period it looked like Lightnings had gained more power
through changing abit in their lines.
They came out and really put the pressure on Barracudas in the first 2-3 shifts.
After this it looked like Barracudas had gotten their lines stright to respond
on Lightnings new tactics.
After 5:59 Jan got a nice pass from Peter in the middle of Lightnings zone and
he could score ones again inbetween Felix legs, 5-2.
Now Lightnings looked like they had a huge uphill !!
Barracudas continued to keep Lightnings abay and after 15:22 Jan stole the puck in the
midzone again and succeeded to score ones again inbetween Felix legs, 6-2.
Barracudas created lots of chances, Jason had two very qualified ones but where denied
by Felix both times.After 20:34 Adilah passed Sharween who scored and we had 7-2.
When only 36 seconds remained of the game Seng Chee scored for Lightnings on a
assist from Adrian, 3-7 which also became the final score.

This win for Barracudas means they're already in the Final,
they can in worst scenario finish second !!
