Barracudas vs Vipers, (5-2)

Period 1
The two final teams looked really up for the task !!
The game started in a high tempo and had a few body contacts already in
the first shift when both Johnny and Roslan were charging for the puck and
none stepped aside...
Vipers got the first penalty though.They were so eager for a while so
they had one to many player on the ice and Danny Chin took the
penelty at 15:05.


The team who took advantage of this penalty wasn't Barracudas though.
Vipers scored through Steven W. who scated around Barracudas
goal and sneaked the puck in from behind, 0-1 at 16:12 assist from Johnny !!


Barracudas had now to step up the tempo and try to get an equlizer
and with only 26 sekunds to go of the period Jan had a shot on
Vipers goalie Robbie who left a rebounce which Peter W. could poke in under
Robbie, 1-1.

Period 2
At this point it looked like Vipers had run out of steam.
After 2:59 Barracudas had the puck in Vipers zone, Jan on the left side.
Peter moved towards the goal in the middle and Jan found him right in front of the
goal and Peter could score again, 2-1 !!
When 6:47 was played Jan had the puck in Barracudas zone, down right and
it was time to shift so he shot the puck down into Vipers zone, bounced back out from
the board on Robbies right side, Robbie went out to stop the puck but missjudged it and
missed it. Jern Sern then got the puck right in front of the goal and could
shoot the puck into the open goal, 3-1 !!
Now Barracudas had a very firm grip oveer this final.
Vipers got the next goal though.
At 12:23 Vipers had pressure on Barracudas in Barracudas zone.
Barracudas could not get the puck out of their zone and David Ng got the
puck as a defender at the blue line and shot, the puck deflected on Jans stick and
into goal, 3-2 assist from Kazu.
With 5:58 to play Jern Sern charged up into Vipers zone on the right side shot a
low puck at goal and once again Robbie missjudged it and it went under his stick and
into the far side of the goal, 4-2 unassisted !
With only 1:12 left of the game Jan could finalise the score to 5-2, assist from
Peter W.
Jia Yung got a penalty in the last second for holding !!
