Hazrat Shah Mohammad Hasnain Niazi is a great sufi saint and the fifth Sajjada Nasheen(Sucessor) of Khanqah-e-Niazia Barielly. The Silsila -e- Niaziawas founded by Hazrat Shah Niaz Ahmed(R.A) in 18th Century. He and all his successors promoted classical arts and artistes by thier blessings.Most of the renowned dancers and musicians of the sub continent happen to be Mureeds(Disciple) of Silsila-e-Niazia, and a few names to mention are Ustad Allauddin Khan,Ustad Mushtaq Hussain Khan,Pt. Shambhu Maharaj,Begum Akhtar and smt Naina Devi.
