Recognition
1.   Difficulty in breathing.
2.   Blueness at face.
1.     Reassure the casualty.
2.     Let him/her sit down leaning slightly  forward.
3.     Let him/her use inhaler.
4.     Don't let him/her lay down.

Recognition
1.     Bend the casualty forward so that     his head lower than chest..
2.     Give 5 sharp blows to his/her back.
3.     If fail, try abdominal thrust.
( Abdominal thrust is you push the casualty's stomach so that the obstruction will be expel.)
1.   Difficulty in breathing.
2.   Blueness at face.
3.   Pointing & grasping to  the neck.
3.        Heart Attack

1.     Comfort the casualty by placing       him/her in half-sitting position with knee bend and head or shoulder supported.
2.     Give him one aspirin tablet and let him/her chew slowly.
1.   Ashen blue lips.
2.   Weak and rapid,           irregular pulse.
3.   Pain at chest and spread to arm, jaw and abdomen.
4.        Shock

1.     Turn the casualty head to one side to lessen the danger of vomiting.
2.     Cover the casualty with blanket.
3.     Raise up and support the casualty's leg to improve blood supply to vital organ.
4.     Loosen his/her tight clothing.
5.     Don't give any food or drinks to him/her.
1.   Fast & shallow breathing..
2.   Weak & rapid pulse.
3.   Cold & clammy skin.
5.        Fracture

1.     Support the injured part.
2.     Apply cold compress to reduce swelling.
3.     Place padding around the injured part.
4.     Dress it up with a bandage.
1.   Deformity..
2.   Unnatural movement.
3.   Swelling.
4.   Tenderness.
5.   Crepitus.
6.   Loss of power
7.   Irregularity of the bone.

1.   Blood coming out.
2.   Pain.
1.     Apply direct pressure to wound.
2.     Raise and support the injured part.
3.     Dress up the wound.
4.     Don't apply tourniquet.

Recognition
1.     Cool down the burning area.
2.     Dress up with sterile dressing..
3.     Don't break blisters
4.     Don't apply lotion or ointment.
5.     Don't apply fluffy materials..
1.   Swelling.
2.   Tenderness.
3.   Redness.
8.        Cardiac Arrest

Recognition
1.   Absence of breathing.
2.   Absence of heartbeat.
1.     Apply 15 chest compessions and 2 artificial respirations for 4 times.
