| About me My name is Kate. I'm sixteen years old. I am a junior. I have two Minature Schnauzer dogs, Eddie and Annie. Annie is almost two years old, and Eddie is only one. I love music. My favorite band is The Beatles, but I don't limit myself to only classic rock. I love pop, Christian, classical, and on some days I can even stand some country. I play with the school orchestra, my quartet, and CIYS, the local youth symphony (www.ciys.org). Last summer, I went ISYM, a music camp at the University of Illinois. I had a very good time. A couple of years ago, I took a pottery class and loved it. I hope that I will be able to take another this summer at the art guild. I liked the fact that the teachers didn't decide what we were going to make. They gave us some ideas and helped us on the wheel. It's really relaxing to feel the clay flowing through your hands. I would recommend pottery to anyone even if they are not an artist. When I get older, I think that I want to be a pharmacist. Maybe I can go to Butler University. I am going to visit this week over Spring Break. Of course, minds are made for changing. Home |
