Chicken Thingies

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken tenders
  • garlic (cut up)
  • soft tortilla shells
  • Your favorite cheese
  • Oil

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken and garlic in a frying pan with a little bit of oil
  2. Set aside on paper towel
  3. Pour a little bit of olive oil in pan and a tortilla shell. Heat until it has brown spots and turn over
  4. Put some cheese on the shell while in the frying pan.
  5. Put a piece of chicken on top of the cheese and roll it up.
Pigs in the Blanket

Ingredients

  • Hot Dogs
  • Can of Biscuits or Crescent Rolls
  • Cheese (Optional)

Directions

  1. Cut hot dogs in half.
  2. If you want cheese, cut a slit in the hot dog and put the cheese in.
  3. Roll the hot dog up in the biscuit.
  4. Pull on a cookie sheet and cook according to the directions on the can of biscuits.
Egg Icing Cake

Ingredients

For Cake
  • 1 box of Devil's Food Cake Mix
For Icing
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 2-2 ½ cups of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ stick butter
Directions
  1. For Cake: Cook cake following directions on the box.
  2. Allow cake to completely cool off. It will be hard to spread the icing if the cake is warm

For Icing
  1. On the stove in a pot beat eggs well.
  2. Add other ingredients
  3. Cook over medium to low heat
  4. Stir constantly until all ingredients are cooked down to spreading consistency.

  5. Spread icing over cake and eat with milk.
