The SCDC is the part of the rhineland that seeks absolute reform, an end to the parlament's corruption as well as an end to The Imperialisim of the rhineland state. Things must change, the people of the rhineland suffered enough due to the 80 years war, The SCDC has arrived to prevent another such occurance and put the rhineland back on track to peace and prosperity, as well as equally improved relations with our neighbors.
