My mash tun is a converted 10 gallon rubbermaid drinking cooler. I got it on line at www.dudco.com.
Inside is a stainless steel false bottom from morebeer.com. I replaced the spigot that came with the cooler with a bottling spigot. About 5 inches of braided tubing attches the false bottom to the spigot via a flare and union, all purchased at Lowe's. Total cost for the Mash Tun = $74.
