PHILOSOPHY

 I believe that agricultural education is a special profession and that it takes a special person to be a successful agricultural science teacher.  An agricultural science teacher must be a diligent worker, a passionate person, a leader, an advisor, and most of all a trustworthy individual.  Agricultural science teaching is a profession that you do year round and also allows for teachers to interact with the students and their families outside of the classroom environments.   I realize that I am a teacher first and my first responsibility is to my students.  It is also my responsibility to ensure that every student is given the best opportunity to learn in an environment which is conducive to varying learning styles.
