You have reached the R.P.R. web-site which is no longer in service. After 8 years of experimenting on human behaviour we conclude our tests. Each individual has a destiny. After trying hard to balance the energies of the world, R.P.R. lost 95% of its members. Some were lost to alcohol, some to smoking, other to ignorance and devil worshipping. Analyzing the global process of acheiving goals, R.P.R. presence left its blueprints on the following issues: 1. Smoking radically declined in the United States. 2. Crime rates went down in the State of California. 3. With mayor Antonio Vilaraigosa leading the way, millions of trees are being planted over the city.
For any achievement, you pay the price. When you try to restore order, to balance the energies towards peace and justice, you cannot do so without paying a price. It was a challenging project that failed itself, but changed the environment forever. It had to fail, because there will be always presence of negativity. It penetrates and corrupts the good, especially if the good forces burn the eyes of the wicked, and strike the hearts with its righteous messages. Hence, the project got "blown up", but took so much evil down to hell. This is how Russian people won the World War II. R.P.R. is history.
