1) The official written language of the R.P.R. Organization is English. Knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
 

2) People who smoke and do not attempt to quit smoking are not allowed to join in the R.P.R. Organization.
 

3) If you break the law of California, or of the place of your residence, R.P.R. members have a full right to ban you from the R.P.R. organization, if you are guilty of a crime. We don't support people who break common sense laws of U.S.(U.S. Laws regarding Internet and Software policies are exceptions, also if you for example will walk into a club with a Fake ID, or Climb a tree where prohibitted, most likely K.G.B. Committee will not expell you from R.P.R. But if you for example shoplifting, cause damage like scratching someone's car for no reason, then we will consider these acts immoral, which might lead to your expulsion from R.P.R.
 

4) No illegal drugs are allowed to be used by members of the R.P.R. Organization,  unless prescribed by the medical personnel or licensed physician.
 

5) Do not ask-do not tell policy(refered only to absurd comments that could be made by R.P.R. members  that can be found offensive by other R.P.R. Organization members). *If you think you'll be one of those, better not apply.
 

6) No physical threats can be made by R.P.R. member against other member(s) of the R.P.R. Organization. The one who will make a threat, will be held responsible by the K.G.B. Committee, which in turn will have a right to remove violator from the R.P.R. Organization.
 

7) R.P.R. Organization members are encouraged to combine their physical and intellectual forces for a common cause. Violation of this article can be stated in the following example: A serious internal dispute which is started by an R.P.R. member, will force K.G.B. Committee to discuss this dispute, and the member who started it. Committee has a full right to remove this member, since internal disputes should not be exposed to the outside public(person or people who are not members of R.P.R). Basically, we don't want anyone ruining our reputation from inside.
 

8) The Great Majority of members from the R.P.R. Organization have a legal right to enforce organizational laws. If the majority vote is made(which is 66%+), the law must be enforced by the R.P.R. President after the 24 hours period of Earthly time has been passed.
 

9) Every member has equal rights in the organization of R.P.R. However, if a person had a negative R.P.R. history record, s/he will not be granted the same equality. Negative record can be classified as a betrayal, personal offense(verbal or physical) against other R.P.R. member, overcritisizing instead of suggesting/making improvements.
 

10) R.P.R. Organization is allowed to morally pressure people to join. No member has  a right to quit R.P.R Organization, without the approval of the K.G.B. Committee.  
 

11) To get a new person in/out of the R.P.R. Organization, he or she should be supported  by the board of K.G.B. Agents.(Permanent Agents are - Zak G., Oleg G., AleK M., Thomas V.)
 

12) Any existing article of the constitution, or the constitution as a whole, can be amended by 3/4, or 75% of R.P.R. Voters. by the K.G.B. Committee.

13) No fires can be made by R.P.R. members on the Curson ave, R.P.R. City of West Hollywood, CA, 90046 United States of America, unless a permit is given by the Main Creator and Web-master of this page.

14) R.P.R. Organization is created to support the non-criminal people of the Russian Federation and non-criminal population of Commonwealth of Independent States(CIS). Therefore all members are urged to vote in any poll that is conducted by an independent research group, or press in favor of justice.
