Dig Site(Joe)

This is what the dig site looks like, those dark spots are concretion nodules. Many other people have dug here over the years as you can see by the trench dug on the other ridge across from where i dig. Here i'am sifting the matrix through a 1/4 inch screen that i made myself. There's Dave taking a rest.

After several experiment's this is the sharktooth necklace, here's a tip do not experiment with perfect teeth. There are several different way's to make a necklace i like this look, wire wrapping is a favorite way for most people. If you want a conversation piece wearing a sharktooth necklace will do it,most people are amazed i dug them up here in bakersfield and that there age is between 12-15 million years old.At that time most of california was an inland sea.All the teeth here have no repairs.no polishing, this what they look like right out of the matrix.
