- /4 lb. fresh pea pods,
strings removed, sliced diagonally in half
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green
onions, including some green tops
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. long
fusilli, broken into 4" lenghts
- wide-stlye chow-mein
