Blueberry Cheese Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 prebaked 9 inch tart shell
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1(8ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest

Preparation:

Place the berries in the cooled tart shell and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and zest with a hand mixer until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the berries.
Bake the tart in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
