Personal Interests
Bowhunting & 3-D Archery
Bowhunting is a way and a reason, to get out and enjoy several hours a week, of outdoor life.  You really see alot and learn many things while watching the wildlife.  I do kill a deer or two (legally) to provide meat for my family.    Most of the time, as with most hunters, I invest 99.9 percent more time in scouting, setting up on a deer, watching the wildlife from my stand or blind , than actually making the shot on a deer.  That takes only a few moments!

*As far as 3-D archery goes, if you haven't tried it, then, you have missed out on a great deal of enjoyment,  Not only does it hone your hunting skills, but you will meet and make so many friends, with wonderful personalities, you will be amazed.
A word of caution: It can be very habit forming......
Atving
Riding a four wheeler (any off roader)  puts you outdoors and into the hills and on the trails.  We love to ride on the sand or in the woods.  Both hold their own beauty and attractions.  My husband and some of the others do alot of jumping and major hill-climbing, so I get to take alot of action photos.  I see all kinds of wildlife (the human variety, too) and some of natures greatest, awe-inspiring sights. This is another way to get everyone together for  picnics, camping and outdoor fun!
Family History
A few years ago, I started doing the history of my husband's family and my own.  It has shown me alot about the days of our ancestors and made me appreciate all that I have now.  It will be a never ending story......   Putting together the family history can be a "daunting" task.   You sometimes have to rely on one tiny bit of evidence, to support your information.  Some relatives seem to have just, "never existed".  Each new fact and record you find,  gives you a renewed "vigor", so that you will continue to look for that "elusive"  relative.
Camping and Camp cooking
Camping is one of the most relaxing, enjoyable hobbies a person can be involved in.  You can work  "hard" at camping, yet come home so refreshed,  from a couple of days and nights away from home.  I use every excuse I can think of, to get my husband to go camping.    *Cooking over a campfire or on the campstove, takes on a totally new  meaning.  The food taste good, even when it is not
prepared as well as it would have been at home.  Then, there are those special foods we prepare, only in camp, because they take on a special flavor, by being cooked over a campfire or on the campstove.  Everything seems more "full of flavor"..... right?
Computing and Photography
I like to try new programs.  *Most of the time, though, I use my PC for editing my Digital photos, that I have taken with my Sony FD-95 camera.  I have alot of action shots and stills, from our Camping, Atving, Hunting and Racing  trips.  On this site are just a "few" of the pictures.
Biographical Information
1996-1999 I won my first national championship in 1996.  I continued to win the national IBO Female Fingers division for 3 more years.  That I know of, I am the only woman in this division and possibly other divisions to when a national IBO title, in 4 consecutive years. (Thought: If you want some new clean, wholesome friends, you will find them at these functions!)
In August of 1997 I won 2nd place in the IBO Female fingers division.  It was my second World shoot.  I lost first place by 2 pts......  Then, in  August of  1998  I won the IBO Female Fingers  World Championship, also, out-scoring the Female Release Fixed pin shooters.  I won by several pts. and had led into the Sunday shoot by more than 30 pts.
I haven't shot any 3-D's in a couple of years.  Maybe, one day, I will be able to go back and enjoy the sport again.
