Christmas with Jina and family at their home in NE. |
| Hawaii AGAIN!! for 17 days: Sept. 20- Oct. 7. First we stayed at the Makaha resort near Waianae. Next we stayed a week with our good friends Dan and Kelley at their Beeeautiful home in Kehei on Maui. We did so much during that week, including snorkling, boating, tennis and beach time. (Cheryl saw at least 44 different fish plus turtles and an octopus). |

| End of 2008 at Jina's for Christmas with the family. We had some really bad weather, but great times. |
| Start of 2009: |
| 2009: In January, We were at home, part of the month; catching up and getting ready for the next trip. I bought a "netbook" for traveling. It is only 2 lbs, 8.9" display and about the size of a portable DVD player. Our big trip began Jan. 27. First in Florida with Jim, Amy, Ben and Marie and visits with other family members. The 17 day cruise on the new Carnival Splendor started on 1/31; 4 ports in Brazil and ending in Buenos Aires. We stayed there 15 days and then flew home March 4. |
