The Quests are given by the Named dragons in the West Wing. Quest items drop from all the named drakes in HoT (East Wing) - Lepethida, Tavekalem, Casalen, Grozzmel, Ymmeln, Midayor, Krigara, & Essedera. Tears drop from the named dragon in HoT Dozekar the Cursed.
