A basic self-defense course is also available. The course is designed for women and men that have an interest in learning how to defend themselves in life threatening situations. It is ideal for those individuals that are not interested in devoting a lot of time studying and practicing forms, katas, and the numerous traditional weapons associated with learning a "Martial Art style" such as Karate.
