Margarita Grilled Chicken
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup key lime juice
1/2 cup tequila
1 tbsp. orange zest
1/2 tsp. salt
Place chicken in a glass dish or a zip lock plastic bag. Combine other
ingredients and pour over chicken. Refrigerate & marinate for 2 to
3 hours. Grill chicken while reserving the marinade. Baste occasionally
until cooked. The remaining marinade can be used as a sauce if brought
to a boil for about a minute and simmered for 5 minutes.
