| The Zerg Overlord serves the same purpose that the Dropship serves the Terran, or the Shuttle serves the Protoss. They are used to shuttle the Zerg ground units across battlefields to where they are needed. Like the other two they have no weapons and therefore need support from Mutalisks or Devourers. A diffence is that they provide the supply count for the Zerg army and also serve as detectors. |
