For several days (if not weeks) I have been visiting this website 2-3 times per day (thanks to wireless internet, a strong Canadian greenback, and a poor late-summer TV schedule) in the hopes of reading new messages posted by the loyal readers of this blog in direct response to some of the thought provoking and intellectually creative material posted by our extraordinary North American Washoos Commissioner.

During that time I have purposely refrained from posting comments in the hopes that someone would pick up the gauntlet and answer the challenge of engaging our minds in the great debates of the day (ie. to paint the washers or to not paint the washers).

Not to put too fine of a point on it…

I'm disgusted with each and every one of you – from the northern tip of Ellesmere Island to the southern point of Florida – you, my fellow North American Washoos enthusiasts have let me down, let our commissioner down, and let the sport of Washoos down. Good luck living with that on your conscience gentlemen.

Despite several efforts and lengthy posting by our commissioner, not one of you have had the common courtesy or human decency to take the time to respond to his ongoing blog entries with any level of thoughts or consideration of your comments or your contribution to the pursuit of Washoos. Oh sure we can all claim to be busy and preoccupied with the day to day callings of our active lives – but perhaps it is only when we make a conscious decision to support our commissioner and our friend that we will find true salvation.

You may want to consider how you would personally feel if you were posting entry after entry onto the global tablet we call the internet with nary a response for any one of the billions of North Americans viewers that call this continent our home.

If you don’t feel ashamed by your lack of response to the commissioners posting – do not fret – I feel enough shame in your lack of action and selflessness for the both of us.

You make me sick.
