Fun Facts
- When he was three, Kevin and his family
moved to a farm just outside of Harrodsburg Kentucky. The farm had ten acres
of land, a horse, two ponies, some chickens and a cow.
- For nine years Kevin lived at Cathedral
Domain, a youth camp managed by his father. Cathedral Domain was located three
hundred feet up in the Appalachian mountains. Sixty miles south - east of
Lexington Kentucky. In between the towns of Beattyville and Irvine.
- Kevin and his brothers helped their father
build their house at Cathedral Domain.
- Kevin taught himself to play the piano by
ear.
- Kevin wrote his first song, As Time Goes By
at the age of thirteen.
The first verse was: If I were with you,
You were with me, Together we could make it eventually, Because I am the one,
The one you need, Our lives will grow stronger, And soon you will see. Then the
chorus was: As time goes by, And days have past, You're the only girl, And the
others come last.
- When he was a Senior in High School, Kevin
enlisted in the Air force. Later he dropped out to join a band called
Paradise.
- Kevin's girlfriend at the time had a
roommate whose boyfriend (Bob Dunham) introduced Kevin to Lou Pearlman.
- Kevin has two scars on his lower abdomen
from an appendectomy.
- Kevin has a tattoo on his pelvic bone.
