| Wed 13th Dec Im changing some of the galleries to thumbnails. just click on them for full size.so you dont have to wait until the pic loads for you to see as i have descriptions of the pic & they should come up. anyway so this place will be messy for a while. cause im so slow & precise :-) i'll do a big update soon, with all the pics. i've not had time lately but i will soon. theres Nicks new ocean website on the Links section thats part of the Just Within Reach Foundation. Thursday 19th Nov There's 3 new tv transcripts in the transcripts section. i'm going hunting for the chats so they should be up on the weekend and there'll be some new pics too......finally!! The Drowning single may be out in the UK after all. when i was scoping through Amazon.co.uk i found the single that wasn't on import. set for release on Dec 24th. but i'll find out where & write it up here soon. Hey drownings went outta the box top10 chart!! what r u guys doing?? keep requestiing the song. Drowning selection no 850 and the new video for Whats Going On is now being shown by the Box, Smash Hits tv & MTV. This video is really great. You can actually see who sings what and BSB are in it alot at the beginning. they even tape poor Howie to the wall! MTV Hits has a new request spot on at 4pm everyday to make your requests email [email protected] to request Drowning & Whats Going On Sunday Nov 4th I've updated the Video Shoots section with photos of the Drowning video and more of Drowning Live. There are alot of good shots there. Theres also 2 new interviews in the transcripts section complete with photos. Enjoy! i'm gonna scan in newer photos for the magazine section since i haven't been updating in a while but have a look in the Bio section as i took some time to try to make it different with their backgrounds. Oh i found a new website, its the Johnny No Name Foundation. Its not up and running yet but there's some pictures for you to look at in the mean time. The Johnny No Name website has been updated too and its looking pretty great compared to what it looked like before. but i miss the funky stars. anyway go check them out Monday Oct 31st Chapter1:Greatest Hits album is out woohoo Theres the cutest pics of the guys in their early years inside.:-) it's still out on CD with DVD & VHS 12th Nov in the UK All around the World video is finally out here aswell. The video is basically what you saw on MTV Diary but it has extra footage which wasnt shown. The Single 'Drowning' is i heard isnt gonna be released anymore in the UK but i'll keep u posted on this. Fret not as the 'Drowning' video is being exclusively shown on MTV. The 1st video looked as though it would've been better from the pics i got from the Online Fan Club but they all look good in this reshot video even though its kinda the same as More than That. There'll be pics up in videoshoots in a couple of days. |

| Wednesday 9th Jan 2002 Congrats to the guys who went in at #4 in the UK charts with 'Drowning'.. Thats with 4 days shops being open over new year holiday. :-) also for their Grammy Nomination for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for Shape of my Heart. The Grammys are being held on Feb27th at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles. Hopefully this'll be their year! Nick was on TRL yesterday on MTV News talking about his arrest in a phone interview. Sunday 6th Jan 2002 Hi my first update of the new year!! I dont know what im gonna do with the thumbnail situation cos when i went on a faster computer it loaded alot faster so maybe i'll leave most of it. tell me how long it takes to load on yours. if its ok or not. lave in guestbook or email me, whatever. Well, good and strange things a foot in the Backstreet World this year already. Firstly Drowning was finally released in the UK! gladly Jive, or someone, decided to actually release the single here after initially just having the video be released to TV. AJ announced his engagement to his grilfriend Sarah Martin (who hes been dating since last January and who he proposed to on Christmas Eve) on KIIS FM an LA radio station . So congrats to them both Secondly not so good is this whole business with Nick being arrested for refusing to leave the nightclub where he lives after the police were cleaning up after a fight broke out with some other people and they saw him arguing with a girl so told him to leave aswell. but get this its too funny. i read that he whipped out his 'thang' when the cops told him & his friends to leave lmao that wouldve been funny. he is such a guy!! dont know whether that bit is true but i just had to mention that part :-) i wonder what the year will bring, i for one am intrigued |
| Sunday 24th March Its been a funny 2 days hasn't it! Well more like 20 days. i haven't been online for ages & so much has happened. The press having a field day over the guys splitting like i said before they arent so i dont know why this is still flying around out there. The guys are making their new album, i cant wait for that one. its scheduled for some time in the fall Sept time. Im not sure if Nick is still taking out his Solo album in August cause i read he agreed to let the BSB one come out first. i'll keep u postd on official news on that though. AJ is selling his Orlando house that was in MTV Cribs. You can go here to have a look at it but dont bug the realtor!! It's selling for $1,950,000 so if any of you are loaded well theres a house for you.....it is a gorgeous house. theirs pics there too as you know if you saw MTVCribs. Ugh have u seen what Kevins done to his hair went & got a mohawk......thats so last year here lol. heres a pic Monday March 4th Just a small update today more tomorrow or the next day. i just wanna say that some of the pictures may have disappeared in the gallerries but they'll be fixed over the next few days as i had to delete some to make room for alot of early pictures of the guys. Oh & dont panic the guys aren't splitting Nick is just taking out a solo album but more on that next update xxx Saturday 16th Feb Backstreet Boy Nick Carter is branching out into the power boat racing circuit.. He has aquired a 13metre offshore racing boat which he intends to enter in the american power boat association 2002 circuit. The vessel is cabable of up to 130mph and will be piloted by his father Bob. Nick said "It's a dream come true for him". Nick Carter racing will make its debut in a competition at Daytona Beach, Florida on April 28th. On a recent MTV interview Westlife said that if they could have anyone join their band it'd be AJ! and they would join backstreet boys out of any other group. they mentioned them a few times aswell throughout the interview. so that's pretty cool Ive added the tv guide covers in the mag covers section & a couple of new webchats. Plus some pics of Nick in Smash Hits section. Tomorrow i'll have a heap of early photos plus some '97 stickers they had with their gum from germany. |

Though a spokesperson for the group says a title and release date have not been set, the members are making a concerted effort to transcend their trademark pop boy-band sound, according to member A.J. Oh Nick actually WON his speed boat race on Sunday. . He was watching as 'Nick Carter Racing' won the first race in the American Power Boat Association Offshore Tour on Daytona Beach, Florida.
