What's going on with your trip?

AJ says:
We will be flying from Stockholm in two days.

Backstreet Boys say:
In a 100 hrs, we will touch down on all continents. This is the first time we are doing anything like this. We have always wanted to be trendsetters and doing things first.

MSN Live Host says:
Linda asks: Which song do you like most?

Kevin says:
My favorite track is "More Than That," written by two guys from here in Stockholm. I like the simplicity of it. I think it is a beautiful song. Howie says: We did a lot of writing for this album, and it is a special feeling to write. "How do I Fall in Love" is a favorite of mine.

AJ says:
I prefer up-tempo tracks, one of the favorites is "Get Another Boyfriend." It will be fun to perform and another favorite is "How do I Fall in Love." It is very simple and very beautiful.

Backstreet Boys say:
It is a really epic song, the group version of the Titanic theme.

Nick:
I really like the song Howie wrote, "How do I Fall in Love." It can make you cry.

Brian says:
You tend to like the songs you write, and the songs really reflects our life.

MSN Live Host says:
How do you decide which one sings which part of a song?

Nick says:
Brian is singing a lot and he has a really beautiful voice, and we all have our different themes.

MSN Live Host says:
Do you argue?

AJ says:
Oh, there's a lot over bad habits, song order for shows. . .

MSN Live Host says:
Kevin is it true that you are going to be in a movie?

Kevin says:
I was offered a role in a music-oriented movie, but I turned it down. I want to do something crazier, like play a killer! Ha ha.

MSN Live Host says:
AJ. how many tattoos do you have?

AJ says:
My favorite tattoos are the most recent ones--a couple puppies but the favorite is a small Jack Daniels. It was put on the same day as the shooting for the photo album. I have one on my back made by a famous tattoo artist in Amsterdam.

MSN Live Host says:
Any plans to do any duets?

Backstreet Boys say:
We did a duet with Babyface.

MSN Live Host says:
Christina Aguilera or Britney Spears?

Backstreet Boys say:
Britney is a label mate, so that would be easiest.

Kevin says:
We have our own label now, and Krystal is a new artist on it.

MSN Live Host says:
What album do you relax to?

Brian says:
Stevie Wonder, James Taylor.

Nick says:
Stone Temple Pilots, and a lot of 80's stuff, and a lot of old Motown.

AJ says:
Tonic, Rage Against the Machine.

Backstreet Boys say:
The R Kelly record is great.

Howie says:
Maxwell, Sting.

Kevin says:
Lucy Pearl.

What would you make the soundtrack of your life?

Brian says:
Screwballs! No, just kidding...roller coaster.

We have had a lot of ups and downs.

Brian says:
We actually played with a professional team here in Stockholm last night. We played for 2 hours, but lost track of the score all the time. We had fun, even though were not in shape

Have you stopped smoking, AJ?

AJ says:
No. (laughs) I'm making a new years resolution, I'll stop!

Kevin says:
You're making this promise live now. All fans hold him to it.

How did you come up with the name of your CD, "Black and Blue"?

Backstreet Boys say:
We were at the photo shoot, wearing black with a blue background and someone suggested "Why don't you call the album black and blue" and we started to think about it.

AJ says:
I drew the album cover.

Kevin says:
No, I did that.

Brian says:
I did it! (laughs)

MSN Live Host says:
How do come up with ideas for your videos?

Backstreet Boys say:
We often come up with the ideas, and then tell the directors, make up artists and stylists. We talk to the record company about the ideas.

MSN Live Host says:
What have been the favorite memories?

Kevin says:
Hearing my song on the radio for the first time.

AJ says:
First flight to Europe and Stockholm.

Nick says:
Just recently we did a radio thing and a girl came up and told us "Your music made me come out of a coma." Moments like that make you think. That is really why I enjoy doing what I do

Brian says:
May 8th 1993, when we did the first show as BSB, Sea World, Florida. All girls had plastic roses, and I remember signing autographs, and the feeling of being in front of that many people. It was so simple and awesome then.

Which song do you wish you wrote?

AJ says:
I'd really wish I wrote "Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely."

Kevin says:
"Imagine," by John Lennon.

Brian says:
I wish I wrote "Thriller."

Single life is really treating us well. . . ha ha
