Is Eldorado a Narrative Poem?

The poem is longer than a normal poem, this poem also tells a story about how a man is to find Eldorado. Other signs of this being narrative poetry are that there are two characters one being the shadow and the other a knight. The lines are put into stanzas of six lines each. There are also conflicts, which give evidence of a narrative poem.
