Waltzing- this is explaining something that is practiced, and something that you do when you are happy; also this is more of a formal activity.

Romped- This is showing the speakers carelessness, and excitement in this activity with his father. It is showing a type of aggressive fun.

Countenance- This Is showing how people in this case being the speakers mother are serious, they can be unhappy and also have a unchangeable opinion.

Battered- This is bringing about the idea of pain and suffering.

Clinging- This is referring to or expressing the idea of someone hanging on, or grasping something with great force.

Unfrown- This showing and expressing something that is permanent and unchangeable.

 

DEATH- This is symbolizing a grim existence, often associated with the pain of suffering.
