THE ETHICS aka What Kevin Willingham will and will not do!

1. Kevin will not participate in any Battle of the Bands

2. Kevin will not charge outrageous amounts for merchandise or for his shows

3. Kevin will not play a venue that requires bands to sell their own tickets in order to play

(Musicians take a risk every time they play a show or just decide to do this for a living so the venue should too)

4. Kevin does not support large corporate tours such as Vans Warped. He will not play one nor will he vote for your band to do so

5. Kevin will not play benefit shows that have a benefit of no real value. I did the work you should be helping me pay for college not the other way around.

6. Kevin does not condone the full download of albums especially of local bands (unless the band wants it). But Kevin does agree with and allow free music trade to a point. With all of the crappy music out there sampling a few tunes isn't a bad thing; besides its good exposure. Just remember to support the music; go to a concert, buy a t-shirt! Obviously if the band offers their music up for free, then its fine.

7. Kevin will try to play at least one free show a year...
