THANK YOUS...
bare with me as I try to remember everyone listed on the album under thank yous. I don't have any copies left of the verison we released in Corner Brook...dumb me.
mom, dad, joe and buddy: constant and unending support. they have been my greatest supporters. Dad's favourite song is Old Guitar, Joe's is Pez and Mom's favourite is Number Nine. I would assume that Buddy's favourite is My Dog is A Jedi In Disguise, since he's featured.... All the byes: You know who you are. You know why I'm thanking you. 'nuff said. Dave, Rachael and DJ: My roommates in 2000 when I first started learning to play the guitar. Dave and DJ helped me learn to play and DJ actually inspired the song Curtains, the first song I wrote for guitar.. Rachael was learning at the same time as me. Bob: Bob was my roommate the summer of 2000. An amazing guitar player, he taught me bar chords and got me interested in Flamenco. Al Pittman: Was the inspiration for The Drinking Ancients. one of the first songs I wrote for guitar. Janet: for all the support over the years. Great Big Dummies Lives!! Shannon Warren: Shannon has been a great friend, always honest, and burned all the CDs for the second run. Pat Canning: For doing the lettering for the album....just wish I could have used it dood....damn photocopiers. The Backlot: for holding the release party (and at such short notice) and being a great place to play in. Casual Jacks: A lot of songs written in this pub. And some great nights of playing open mics. Thanks to the wonderful staff for supporting the arts. My Theatre Class: Everyone in the class has been so supportive of my playing over the years. I miss you and wish you all the best. Mark White/Craig Haley: My roommates in 2000/01. For musical influences and Mark for letting me play his guitar after I sold mine. I actually wrote two songs on that guitar, Lonley and Midas the opposite..they'll be on the next one. David Smallwood: He singlehandly sold at least 20 copies of my CD at the cast party for Guys and Dolls. Thanks so much! I'll be added to this list as I remember what was on the album...
