5. Wel wiil have a rookie draft after the real rookie draft.
6. There is no trade quota, but from time to time there might be a "No Trade" period implemented when the commish is either away, or catching up on business
7. You must leave the designated number of players unprotected from each of the following rankings:
#1-#6 - Three players
#7-#12 - Two players
#13-#18 - Two Players
***Roster size is 18, if you go over 18, you must drop the players u chose accordingly, then adjust the rankings...ie if you want to keep someone ranked in a spot over the 18th roster spot, you must drop someone that is 18th or higher such as 16 or 15...dropped players will go to the FA pool
***If you dont have 18 roster spots, then follow the format as far as your amount of players allows
8. The offseason will consist of 2 drafts (Free Agency and Entry). Order, obviously will be determined by regular season standings (for the lottery of the entry draft) and playoff results for the rest. Each LOTTERY pick will cost $3 and every other rookie pick will cost $1. The prices of the players in the Free Agent draft will depend on production the previous season.
9. Switching to contracts is becoming a viable option after the current season's offseason drafts are done since picks have been traded already. Prices would be based on yahoo rank most likely, with a certain number of alloted contracts year....such as two 5 year contracts, two 4 year contracts etc. The idea is still under construction and will be fine-tuned along the way
