"if you work hard enough at it, I'll be watching you on TV [someday]" -Dominic Decker The dreams that you dare to dream, really do come true. I think that it wasn't enough just to want to see Uncle Henry and Auntie Em. And it's that if I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own back yard. Because if it isn't there I never really lost it to begin with.

It seems to be the biggest thing that happened to McDonald's high-calorie breakfast menu since the egg McMuffin. The McGriddle is exactly what the commercials make it out to be; strange. However, strange isn't always bad - like in this case. It certainly wasn't made popular on account of its awareness to health, but it is delicious nonetheless. Ideally, much like the egg McMuffin, it was created with the idea that some people are in too much of a rush in the morning and have no time to sit down and eat a filling breakfast. However, if you are looking for a quick and balanced meal in the morning, you can do no worse than the McGriddle. Packed with 550 calories of almost pure grease and carbohydrates, your blood pressure will become dangerously high and you will undoubtedly fatten up if you make this a usual in your daily diet. If you have problems with your cuticles cracking, though, the grease from this sandwich will deliciously take away the problem. The McGriddle comprised of a greasy egg patty, a greasy sausage patty (or bacon), and cheese all sandwiched between two pieces of terribly greasy pancake with syrup cooked right in it. Without seeing a picture of it, the description is hard to piece together in your mind. To make the sandwich easier to eat, McDonalds made a few changes to the conventional pancakes we all know too well. The pancake bun isn't as soggy as traditional pancakes are and it is also considerably thicker. Surprisingly, the McGriddle isn't as difficult to handle as it might first appear, even after being saturated in grease. Some critics believe it is too sweet, among other things, for breakfast. It is indeed a bit on the sweet side, but you can't expect more of fast food. If you like the idea of the egg, cheese, and sausage, get an Egg McMuffin which has an English muffin as a bun and not a pancake. It will eliminate some of the sweetness and a considerable amount of grease and some calories. Final rating 6/10 - Four points deducted for the extremity of unhealthiness.

Stuck by Stacie Orrico is the ultimate earworm. Once you hear the chorus, it jumps into your head with its catchy tune and you can't help but listen to it again and again. Stacie Orrico has a wonderful voice, but I think she needs to work on not distorting the words she sings - at least in this song. I imagine she does it to make her voice sound more showy, but in doing so she makes it difficult to understand what she's singing. Many popular music artists tend to have this problem. You can listen to Stuck by Stacie Orrico and watch the video at www.stacieorrico.com.
