Dream Running
I started this running adventure as a way to loose weight and regain my sanity.  I'm happy to report that neither has happened - all I've done is kill a few toenails.

Running is not my religion nor is nature my temple.  But running does provide moments of beauty and serenity.  Most of all I enjoy the sweating, the pounding of my heart as I blaze the hills of CT at a 10 minute/mile pace. Boston awaits!

I'm coming back after a 2 year hiatus from running.  It really does get harder with the added years and weight.  But prevail, I will.

My favorite races include the New Haven 20K and any marathon with beer at the aid stations.  I'm shooting for an Ultra in 2002 - any advice is welcome.
