[ Adrian Neville walks onto the camera view, the Light Heavyweight Championship hanging off his shoulder, he smiled as he looked down at Devin Taylor, she too had a smile on her face.]
DEVIN TAYLOR;
"Welcome back Adrian and welcome to the 2014 AEW Awards show, the end of the year takes a turn here tonight with the awards being handed out to all the superstars, possibling including you.. Can you tell me how you are doing tonight?"
[ Neville took a deep breathe before speaking. ]
ADRIAN NEVILLE;
"Devin, 2014, was a big year for yours truely - Adrian Neville, but ladies and gents.. I have just begun showing what I can do in the middle of that AEW ring, now here live tonight the 2014 Awards show, what a show to end the year of Neville.. I mean winning the Light Heavyweight title from Petey Williams was a huge night for me, not just winning it but in my home of England, It is something I hold near and dear to my heart, but winning an award for Attitude Era Wrestlin', I mean it would be the end of the greatest year of my life, I mean facing Petey Williams; one of the greatest Light Heavyweight Champions of ALL time.. The first Light Heavyweight Champion, the longest Light Heavyweight Champion, and the first two time Light Heavyweght Champion.. Petey is and probably will always be THE greatest Light Heavyweight Champion in the history of AEW. But the facts are in the states... I beat him to become the Light Heavyweight Champion of the WORLD.. I know I have a target on my back, I know Petey Williams is probably back to take this Light Heavyweight Championship from me... I know there are many other guys that probably want to take the title off of my shoulder.. I know I have people gunning for my title... As for tonight and the 2014 Awards Show, it is amazing to be here, It will be an even greater time to meet the troops that gives us our lives day in and day out, Devin... If it was not for those fans and those troops, that gives us a bloody home to stay, I would not stand here as Light Heavyweight Champion... It's a complete honor, and if... IF I am able to secure one of those golden trophies, 2014 would have just ended greatly for the Man That Gravity Forgot..."
[ Neville smiled, biting his bottom lip, happy to be there, but still feeling the effects of last weeks brutal attack by Outlaw, Inc put on him and Bully Ray.. ]
DEVIN TAYLOR;
"Well actually that leads me to asking you what about Tyson Kidd... He has made it well known that 2015 will be his year, not only that defeating Jay Lethal in his debut match here last week on the finaly Concussion of 2014."
ADRIAN NEVILLE;
"Like I said, Devin.. I am a "wanted" man so to speak.. All though with Nattie's Husband, you may wanna have to have more attention on Nattie than her husband.. But I get it, I get it, when your Tyson you think you want and NEED everything... But the problem with him is; He has to use his wife to get what he wants... But tonight Devin, tonight we leave 2014 in a bang, a bang that could see me taking home a trophy, to go with this Light Heavyweight title, but no matter what, Devin - 2014 was a great year for Adrian Neville, if I would say so myself..."
[ Neville smiled. ]
ADRIAN NEVILLE;
"I won this title from the probably the greatest Light Heavyweight Champion in history... I fought Homicide for the Light Heavyweight Championship and got beaten down like a rabid dog, but look at me, Devin I'm still standing.. I am still here!.. Outlaw, Inc. thought they could just beat a man looking to make a name for himself, they beat me down not once... But twice, I saw a moment out there last week and I took it, Bully Ray has earned respect of peers all over the world.. All I was doing out there is what I do, fight, I got the bad end of it for a second time. Call me an Underdog in this company, that's what I am, I look to thrive on the world class comptiton, Devin. I mean I have heard a lot of people call me just another Rey Mysterio in this busiuss, and I respect that, I'm a huge fan of Rey, I guess you could say I got into this business because of guys like Myserio. But what these guys back here need to realize.. Is I will fight my last fight and will not die, Devin.. Those guys would have to kill me to take me from this business... They may have sidelined me for a few weeks, but in 2015 I will be back..."
[ Neville smiled again looking at Devin, than turning and looking into the camera. ]
ADRIAN NEVILLE;
"Eddie Kingston... Homicide... Chris Hero... You all thought you can just take me out and shorten my career.. You think you can just rag doll me and put me out... But what you didn't know is I'M STILL STANDING!.. And Devin, I am going to be just fine.. But do you know who is not going to fine, That's Outlaw Incorporated... You ally thought I was that much of a threat to ya'll rise to the top, the Money in the Bank contract that Eddie Kingston now holds, the Television Championship that Chris Hero currently holds in his grasp... You all actually thought I was that much of a threat you would try and take me out of this business?..."
[ He gritted his teeth, shaking his head back and forth. ]
ADRIAN NEVILLE;
"..That just does not work with me. So how about this... How about this, an open challenge starting of the new year, 2015... Give me an opportunity to get my hands on The Outlaw, Inc. Paul.. Pick Anyone to be my partner... pick Sami Zayn, pick Hideo, pick Balor, pick Bully Ray, pick anyone to team with me... And I'll make bloody sure that what they did to me a few weeks ago... What they did to Bully Ray and myself last week here on Concussion, will pale in comparison to what we do... TO OUTLAW... INC!"
[ Neville looked dead into the cameras, he fixed the Light Heavyweight title over his shoulder, looking at Devin little more calmly. ]
DEVIN TAYLOR;
"Thank you for your time, Adrian. And again welcome back."
ADRIAN NEVILLE;
"Adrian Neville, the Man that Gravity Forgot... If you think 2014 was a good year... Wait until 2015... I promise I will make myself known... World Class Comptiton, that is what I live for..."
[ Neville looked over at Devin a smile come back on his face as he backed his way off the camera as the scenes went black. ]
