The next photos are of a Rotax liquid cooled 582cc.(65 hp)that was in serious need of new gaskets and seals.The pistons were de-carboned.If not caught in time the crank seals can leak and the engine will lean itself out and a sudden stoppage will occur.Not good from "way up there".Rotax recommends this at 150 hours.This one was over 150 hours. |
