December 7th, 2000

Kevin is doing well. He is now 10 months old. We took him to the doctor's a couple weeks ago (no shots this time!) and got his latests "stats".

Kevin:
- is now 30 1/4" long - to put that in perspective, if he grows another 1/2" he will be half my height!!! I know I'm not tall, but that's still impressive.
- weighs 21 lbs, 6 oz - he lost a little weight when he started crawling, but if we know our boy, he'll gain it back pretty quickly!

So, you guessed the next big piece of news - he's crawling! I don't know if I told you that already or not, but he's getting really good at it now. He has "graduated" from his room in daycare (they actually gave us a diploma) and is now in a room with all the babies who can crawl and pull up on stuff. It's fun to watch them play.

I'm not sure what else he is doing that we haven't told you yet. We are getting ready for Kevin's first Christmas and are very excited. I hope all is well with you and that we hear from you soon!
