Carlos is cool. He can some times get under you skin but he�s all right. He likes games and brags a lot. He brags about his Tia-Quann-Do and about his hand held. Some times he listens to you when he�s not playing in his pocket PC. He�s really smart and can help you if you need it in stuff like homework. If I would summarize Carlos in one word it would be Technology, he�s good at using it and has a whole bunch at his house. He�s cool.
